Creative Administrative & Production Intern
Juice House is a global creative and production agency specializing in entertainment, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, and content production. We collaborate with artists, creators, and brands to develop campaigns from concept through execution.
We’re looking for a highly organized Creative Administrative & Production Intern who is excited to learn about creative development, creative direction, production, and agency operations while supporting our creative team.
What You’ll Do
Assist with creative research and concept development
Build mood boards, creative presentations, and inspiration decks
Research photographers, directors, stylists, designers, and creative vendors for upcoming projects
Support production planning and project coordination
Organize creative assets, project files, and internal documentation
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines
Assist with client presentations and proposal materials
Help track project deliverables and keep creative projects moving efficiently
Provide administrative support to the creative and production teams
What We’re Looking For
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong visual taste and an interest in branding, design, fashion, music, entertainment, or marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Curious, resourceful, and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar creative tools
Previous internship, freelance work, student organization, or personal creative projects

Digital Creator Marketing Intern

About the Role
Juice House is seeking a Digital Creator Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day growth and management of creator brands across digital platforms.
This internship offers hands-on experience in creator marketing, social media strategy, content development, audience growth, and digital brand building. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, proactive, and passionate about internet culture, emerging trends, and the evolving creator economy.
Responsibilities
Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple creator accounts
Schedule and publish content across digital and social media platforms
Draft captions, organize creative assets, and maintain content libraries
Monitor community engagement and assist with audience communication
Track content performance and compile basic analytics reports
Research creators, platform trends, and emerging digital opportunities
Brainstorm content ideas, campaign concepts, and audience growth strategies
Assist with content planning, creative briefs, and campaign execution
Support creator account operations and agency projects as needed
Qualifications
Strong interest in digital marketing, creator marketing, social media, entertainment, or emerging media
Active user of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, Threads, and YouTube
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a remote environment
Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media management tools is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
